The casino was preceded in 1977 by the Viejas Bingo Room which operated in the nearby Ma Tar Awa RV Park. Viejas Casino first opened Septemon the Viejas reservation. If you are ever in Southern California, here are my 3 recommended casinos to visit. Casinos are huge and needs a lot of man power (including ladies) to operate. This means that you don’t need to be in a tribe to work for them. If you are interested in working for one, luckily for you, you got a chance because they also higher non-Indians. What is also interesting is that California has more Indian casinos than any other states in the United States. Because of this these Indian casinos are growing faster than its counterpart. In addition, they have slightly fewer regulation than a traditional casino. What is interesting about this Indian casinos, internally, is that they don’t get tax as much as a regular casino (non-Indian). Casinos caters to the masses and wants everyone to go to their casinos so they can make money. If you just walk into a non-Indian casino verses an Indian casino, you would not notice any difference, in terms of setup or having that Indian vibe.
